(scheme file)
ファイルポートと、ファイルの存在確認・削除です。ファイル名は文字列で、相対パスは
カレントディレクトリを基準にします。WebAssembly では、ホストが事前に開いたディレクトリ
（wasmtime run --dir）の中のファイルにしか届きません。
